Collaboration is when two people or more decides to work together, exchange ideas and make moves towards a common goal. Organizations that are successful today, reaps for the long-year effort of campaigning the idea or strong collaboration between staff and in customer and staff realationship.
No one is an island of knowledge, and definitely, no man is infallible. For this reason, Collaboration is a vital tool to brifge the gap between what individual lacks and what is required to reach our goals.

When a man is a good writer, but a chronic stammer, he would be able to express himself clearly using written words, but that won't be the case if he was to speak to a large audience. But why worry over that? If he has a colleague that necessarily do not know how to write, but can speak clearly, he can sure help his colleague out. That is, the stammer writes, while the colleague helps him transform it to oral communication.
The coming together, exchanging ideas, pulling together strengths is what is referred to as Collaboration and of course, it is vital for every business, every organization etc.
